Strasbourg continued their remarkable rise in Ligue 1 with a convincing victory over Saint-Étienne, moving level on points with third-placed Monaco, who were held to a frustrating draw at Le Havre.

Meanwhile, Lyon reignited their push for a top-four finish with a dominant performance against Rennes, as the battle for European places intensifies.

Here’s a roundup of all the games played today:

Strasbourg 3-1 Saint-Étienne

Strasbourg moved level on points with third-placed AS Monaco after a 3-1 win over AS Saint-Étienne extended their unbeaten run to 11 games.

Diego Moreira opened the scoring early, but Zuriko Davitashvili quickly equalized for the visitors.

Strasbourg dominated after the break, with Emanuel Emegha restoring the lead before Dilane Bakwa sealed the victory with a superb late volley.

The result lifts Strasbourg to fifth, while struggling Saint-Étienne stay 17th, just three points above the relegation zone.

Monaco 1–1 Le Havre

AS Monaco rescued a 1-1 draw against relegation-threatened Le Havre at the Stade Océane, moving back into Ligue 1’s top two despite extending their winless away run.

Ahmed Hassan gave the hosts the lead with a glancing header midway through the first half, as Monaco struggled to break down a resilient Le Havre defence.

After the break, Monaco applied heavy pressure and finally leveled through Mika Biereth, who tapped in after a heavily deflected strike.

Despite late dominance, Monaco couldn’t find a winner, while Le Havre edged closer to safety with a valuable point.

Lyon 4-1 Rennes

Olympique Lyonnais bounced back from a difficult week with a convincing 4-1 victory over Stade Rennais, extending their home winning streak to five matches and climbing into the Ligue 1 top four.

Malick Fofana opened the scoring early, before Corentin Tolisso and Alexandre Lacazette added goals to give Lyon a comfortable halftime lead.

Rennes briefly threatened a comeback through Mohamed Meite, but Georges Mikautadze sealed the win late on.

It was the perfect response for Lyon after their recent setbacks, while Rennes’ two-game winning run came to a halt.
