He’s yet to sign for the club but it’s clear that Amad Diallo is already preparing for life at Manchester United.
The Red Devils agreed a £36million deal to sign the Ivory Coast star from Atalanta last summer but Diallo’s move hinged on him earning a work permit and a decision will be made next month.
Diallo is expected to be granted permission to move to Old Trafford and the winger is no doubt already looking at how he can link-up with a mouthwatering attack that includes the likes of Anthony Martial, Edinson Cavani and Marcus Rashford.
United kept up their fine run with an injury-time winner against Wolves at Old Trafford on Tuesday as Rashford’s deflected strike gave Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side a 1-0 win.
The win moves United to within two points of league leaders Liverpool and the Red Devils will be keen to maintain that margin before they travel to Anfield in mid-January.
Diallo should be a United player by that point and the winger appears to be studying his new team-mates as he wildly celebrated Rashford’s late winner on Instagram after watching the win against Wolves.
‘Yeahhh rashforddddddd’, wrote Diallo, who accompanied the message with four love heart emojis.
The win ensures United finish the year in second place but Rashford talked down talk of a title charge.
‘We can’t look too far ahead,’ Rashford told Amazon Prime.
‘We are a team that is still doing a lot of work on ourselves and to be looking at the table so early on in the season is a bit stupid of us.
‘We have to take it one game at a time and if we can keep finding ways to win like this we will see where we are at the end of the season.’
