Super Eagles team B – the CHAN Eagles will depart the Murtala Mohammed International Airport for Accra, Ghana on Friday evening.
The team travelled from their base in Ikenne to Lagos on Friday afternoon as they set to leave the country for the first leg of the 2025 African Nations Championship qualifier against Ghana.
The CHAN Eagles consist of 18 players and staff including stand-in coach Daniel Ogunmodede and his assistant Fidelis Ilechukwu.
They are expected to arrive at the Katoka International Airport in Accra later tonight.
The first leg of the church tie against the Black Galaxies of Ghana will take place at the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday.
The Godswill Akpabio International Stadium will host the return leg is on 28 December.
Nigeria are looking to return to the tournament after missing out on the last two editions.
