Jorginho is one of the players that has been linked with a move away from the club, as well as Antonio Rudiger and Ruben Loftus-Cheek.
Arsenal are in the market for a central midfielder with Mikel Arteta aiming to bolster his options in the middle of the park.
Reports claim that if they couldn’t close a deal for Thomas Partey, Jorginho is also on their shortlist, however, those rumours were shut down by the player’s agent.

‘He is happy at Chelsea, he started the season well and being the vice-captain at the moment he is focused exclusively on the Carabao Cup game against Tottenham.’
‘With Roma, there was absolutely nothing, Santos added. ‘Hard to see him in Serie A because he has an important salary and a cost that only two or three clubs can afford
‘Given the situation and the type of market we are experiencing, it is difficult to think of an operation of this type with so little time available.’
