The Milwaukee Bucks snapped their six-game losing streak in style, beating the Utah Jazz 123-100.
Damian Lillard led the charge with 34 points, while Giannis Antetokounmpo made a triumphant return from injury, scoring 31 points and grabbing 16 rebounds.
Giannis’ return was a huge boost for the Bucks, who hadn’t lost six straight games since 2015.
He also made history, becoming Milwaukee’s all-time leader in offensive rebounds, surpassing Marques Johnson’s record set from 1977 to 1984. Giannis now has a staggering 1,469 offensive rebounds and counting.
His performance was crucial in preventing the Bucks’ from losing 7 games on the bounce, and perhaps saving Doc Rivers’ job as head coach.
