Serie A giants Juventus have reportedly abandoned their chase for Victor Osimhen. The Bianconeri have turned their attention to another Nigerian star, Victor Boniface.
Juventus are looking to revamp their attack for next season, with the expected departure of Dusan Vlahovic and Randal Kolo Muani leaving a huge void in Turin.

Osimhen was the club’s first choice, but his €75 million release clause has put off several potential suitors, and Juventus’ interest in Boniface suggests a desire to sign a cheaper alternative.
Boniface has struggled to produce his best performances this season, scoring just 11 goals in 27 appearances, but there is no doubt he remains one of the finest strikers in Europe on his day.

The report further claims that Bianconeri sporting director Cristiano Giuntoli has been monitoring Bayer Leverkusen man for several months, and could make an opening bid as soon as the season ends.
