Lampard has been without the attacking duo in the Premier League so far this season but will be able to deploy both soon.
Pulisic was one of the standout Chelsea performers last season as they finished in the top-four and reached the FA Cup final but a hamstring injury sustained in the final defeat to Arsenal has kept him out of the start of this campaign.
Ziyech picked up a knee injury in a pre-season friendly against Brighton and has yet to make a competitive appearance for his new club since joining from Ajax.
But he will have to wait a little while longer to make his return.
‘Pulisic is in the squad for tomorrow,’ Lampard said. ‘He won’t start, it’s great to have him back.
‘Ziyech is getting closer but not close enough to be on the bench.’
Lampard has a ‘clear idea’ of how both players fit into his plans and is looking forward to having both men in his side.
‘I think they will all bring the best out of each other,’ added Lampard.
‘I am very excited to have them fit. I have a clear idea of where I want them to play.’
