Liverpool could reportedly sell star winger Luis Diaz, should Mohamed Salah sign a new contract this summer, as Barcelona and top Saudi Pro League clubs have shown strong interest in the Colombian winger.
Diaz has been instrumental in Liverpool’s title push this season, adapting to a makeshift ‘number nine’ role due to injuries and form issues.
Speculation about Diaz’s potential exit has been growing, especially with the final two years of his contract approaching.

A report from Spain suggests Liverpool might consider selling forwards if they secure a new deal for Salah. Diaz’s value to the club is significant, and his sale could raise substantial funds for Liverpool to invest in other areas of the squad.
The report claims Diaz has become a coveted target for Barcelona sporting director Deco, but recruiting him is complicated by Saudi clubs Al Nassr and Al Ahli, which can offer much higher wages than Barcelona. Liverpool initially paid €45m for Diaz in January 2022, with add-ons increasing the total cost.
This is his most productive season, scoring 14 goals in 44 appearances to help Liverpool’s title charge.
