White, 23, impressed during his loan spell at Leeds United last season, helping Marcelo Bielsa’s side win the Championship and clinch their long-awaited return to the Premier League.
The highly-rated defender returned to Brighton in the summer and has started all ten of the Seagulls’ league matches this season, continuing to impress despite the team’s slow start to the campaign.
White’s performances for Leeds and Brighton have not gone unnoticed, with Sky Sports saying Manchester United, Chelsea and Tottenham are among the clubs monitoring his situation.
The Red Devils have an abundance of centre-backs at the club but could still bolster Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s defensive options when the transfer window opens in January.
Man United could face competition from London rivals Chelsea and Tottenham, however, who will both look to strengthen their respective squads after strong starts to the 2020-21 campaign.
As well as starring for Leeds, White also enjoyed loan spells at Peterborough United and Newport County before cementing his place in the Brighton first team.
Manchester United, Chelsea and Tottenham are all in Champions League action this week, while White’s Brighton face rivals Southampton next weekend.
