Rivers United 1–0 Niger Tornadoes
At the Yakubu Gowon Stadium in Port Harcourt, Rivers United secured a narrow 1-0 victory over Niger Tornadoes. The home side dominated possession in the first half but struggled to break down the visitors’ resilient defense.
The breakthrough came in the 82nd minute when forward, Samson Obi slot the ball past the Tornadoes’ goalkeeper. Despite late pressure from the away team, Rivers United held firm to claim all three points.
Lobi Stars 0–1 Ikorodu City

Bendel Insurance 2–1 Remo Stars
In a thrilling encounter at the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium, Bendel Insurance edged out league leaders Remo Stars with a 2-1 victory.
The home side took an early lead in the second minute through Meyiwa Oritseweyinmi. Oritseweyinmi got his second of the game in the 54th minute before Samuel Anakwe scored a consolation goal for the visitors as Remo Stars suffered a rare defeat this season.
