Aubameyang has scored just once from open play this term and that came on the opening weekend of the season.
The Gabon international admits it’s been difficult to lift the mood around the training ground, particularly after the ‘sadness’ of defeats to Spurs and Wolves.
‘You know after games like Wolves or Tottenham, for sure we are all frustrated because of how they went and the results we got. I’m the first guy, the captain, so of course I will stay positive, but I’m a human being,’ said Aubameyang.
‘I was sad, to tell the truth, I was sad after the last game because I think the most important thing is we know we can do better and we have to do better. I was frustrated but I know this is my job now to turn the things, to keep it positive and to bring always the good vibes to the training ground.
‘Everybody is doing that with me. We are determined to put things right, and everybody knows that it only possible if we keep pulling together in the same direction and support each other.’
Sean Dyche’s team have just six points so far this term, picking up just one point away from home.
