Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola has shared his thoughts after watching his side stumble to a 2-2 draw against Crystal Palace.
The champions conceded an early goal to Daniel Munoz after just 4 minutes but equalised just before half-time thanks to a looping header from Erling Haaland.
The home side took the lead right from the start of the second half from a lovely delivery from a corner by Will Hughes. The ball was met by Maxence Lacroix, who planted his header past the goalkeeper.
The visitors equalised shortly after a lovely ball from Bernardo Silva was threaded through for Lewis, who equalised before getting sent off for a second yellow.
Speaking after the game, Guardiola said;
“It’s a season to suffer. We’ll see what happens in the last month.
“Big compliment for the opponent, and we cannot talk about the title race when we lose four games in a row and draw.
“We’ll try to recover players, but I’m really pleased for the players – they fought and did everything.”
