The deadlock was finally broken in the 72nd minute when 20-year-old forward Dane Scarlett netted his first senior goal for the club, heading in a precise cross from the right flank.
Building on this momentum, 18-year-old debutant Damola Ajayi doubled the lead in the 84th minute, scoring his first senior goal in the process. Ajayi showcased his skill by cutting in from the right wing, executing a swift one-two on the edge of the box, and delivering a low shot into the bottom corner.
In stoppage time, 17-year-old Mikey Moore added a third, dribbling past defenders before curling a right-footed shot from the edge of the area into the net, marking his first senior goal for Tottenham.
This triumph secures Tottenham’s place in the Europa League Round of 16 as they finished fourth with 17 points.
