According to reports, Man United are still keeping tabs on Grealish, who is enjoying another impressive season for boyhood club Aston Villa.
Neville is a big fan of Grealish, who made his England debut last year, but does not expect his former club to lure him to Old Trafford.
Grealish produced another influential performance for Aston Villa on Friday night but was unable to prevent Dean Smith’s side from slipping to a 2-1 defeat at Manchester United.
Speaking during the Premier League clash, Neville told Sky Sports: ‘I think it’s very unlikely that Manchester United will move for Jack Grealish, as good as he is.
‘When you think of Van de Beek, Pogba and Fernandes, the type of players Man United have…
‘There’s no doubt there was accusations a while ago about whether Grealish was style over substance, but he’s now delivering on a far more consistent basis.
‘He’s a brilliant player for Aston Villa.’
Former Manchester United striker Andy Cole, meanwhile, says Grealish is more than good enough to represent the Red Devils.
‘I’m not being disrespectful to Aston Villa but he’s their talisman and everything goes through him. They won’t want to lose him. We all know he’s a quality player.’
Manchester United’s 2-1 victory over Villa sees them join Liverpool at the top of the Premier League table.
