Super Eagles of Nigeria captain William Troost-Ekong has revealed a potential destination for teammate and Galatasaray star Victor Osimhen.
Troost-Ekong confirmed Osimhen is a huge Chelsea fan; sparking rumours of a move to Stamford Bridge.
The defender said via a Facebook post by Fabrizio Romano, “I can tell you that Victor Osimhen is a Chelsea fan, I can confirm it.
“He’s a great teammate, in front of the goal he can be very greedy, but he’s someone who speaks up for the team in the changing room.
“He’s a real leader and I’m sure he’ll be captain soon.”
The 25-year-old has been spectacular since moving to Istanbul, making thirteen appearances in all competitions while contributing five assists and ten goals.
Chelsea remain keen on recruiting the Super Eagles man and are expected to return with an offer next summer.
