Liverpool responded just before halftime, with Cody Gakpo equalizing to send the teams into the break level.
Early in the second half, Curtis Jones put Liverpool ahead, and Mohamed Salah secured the victory with a goal in the 82nd minute.
This win marks Liverpool’s 13th consecutive unbeaten league game, bringing them to 42 points, with a game in hand over second-placed Chelsea (35 points) and third-placed Nottingham Forest (34 points).
Leicester, suffering their third consecutive league loss, have fallen into the relegation zone, remaining on 14 points.
Liverpool’s next fixture is against West Ham United, while Leicester will face Manchester City.
