Nigeria defender Igoh Ogbu was in action as his club side Slavia Prague fell to a 2-0 loss to PAOK in Greece.
The 24-year-old center-back was on for 72 minutes and picked up a yellow card for a foul on an opposition player.
Mojmir Chytil scored early in the match to give Salvia Prague the lead but his goal was correctly ruled out for offside.
However, Stefan Schwab scored from the penalty spot after a VAR review to put the home side ahead in the match.
The visitors created chances to equalize in the first half. Dominik Kotraski pulled a decent save to deny Pech goal-bound shot from the box.
Ales Mandous at the other end showed great reflex to deny Taison and Fedor Chalov from increasing PAOk’s lead.
However, Gianni’s Konstantelias took advantage of a catastrophic error to double the lead for PAOk few minutes into the second half.
Dominik Kotatski once again made a sublime save to stop David Zima’s header from landing in the back of the net.
Igoh Ogbu’s Slavia Prague were quite unlucky in front of goal as another attempt narrowly missed the target.
PAOk’d win put them in good position to secure a place in the playoffs of the competition as they currently occupy the 18th spot with ten points from seven matches.
