NFL star, Odell Beckham Jr. and comedian, Drew Desbordes popularly known as Druski have been named as defendants in an amended lawsuit filed by Ashley Parham against music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs.
The lawsuit alleges that Parham was sexually assaulted by Combs, Beckham Jr., and Druski during an incident in 2018.
According to the amended complaint, Parham claims that in March 2018, she was gang-raped by a group of men, including Combs, Beckham Jr., and Druski, at a gathering in Orinda, California.
Parham alleges that Druski, under Combs’ instructions, assaulted her while using oil, likening it to a “slip and slide.” The lawsuit also names Beckham Jr. as another assailant, referring to him as “Defendant Doe Cornelius.”
Both Beckham Jr. and Druski have publicly denied the allegations. Beckham Jr. expressed confidence in his innocence, stating, “I am covered by God. He will prevail. I know who I am, I know who you are, keep your head. That name will be cleared.”
Druski addressed the accusations on social media, calling them a “fabricated lie” and emphasizing that he was not a public figure in 2018.
Combs’ legal team has dismissed the claims as unfounded, citing prior investigations that deemed them baseless. Parham is seeking $50 million in damages.
This development adds to the legal challenges facing Combs, who is currently incarcerated on federal charges, including sex trafficking and racketeering, with his trial set for May 2025.
As of now, no court dates have been set for the newly amended lawsuit. Representatives for Beckham Jr. and Druski have not provided further comments beyond their initial statements denying the allegations.
