Myles Lewis-skelly, one of Arsenal’s best performers in the victory over Real Madrid at the Santiago Bernabeu has revealed why Jude Bellingham snubbed him after the match.
The 18-year-old defender had an outstanding performance as the Gunners sent the defending champions out of the competition with a 5-1 aggregate scoreline.
Bukayo Saka, despite missing a penalty, scored the opener before Gabriel Martinelli scored the winner late in the match via a brilliant solo run.
While reacting to victory, Myles Lewis-skelly revealed that his Three Lions teammate, Jude Bellingham refused to shake his hands after the win.
He said Jude Bellingham refused to shake him because he asked him where the remontada was.
I asked him where remontada was
Arsenal quashed Real Madrid’s hope of doing a comeback – remontada with a deserved 2-1 win and 5-1 on aggregate to qualify for the last four of the competition.
Meanwhile, Manchester United legend Rio Ferdinand is full of praise for Arsenal as he shared his thoughts on his X page.
“Saka World Class 🤝🏽 Dec best midfielder on the pitch 👊🏽 Lewis-Skelly ID needs checking Congratulations @Arsenal
