Manchester United have reportedly sent a fresh bid to Brentford for Bryan Mbuemo after the initial bid was rejected.
The Red Devils are keen on improving their squad ahead of the new football season, and Mbeumo is one of the primary targets.
Brentford rejected Manchester United’s initial offer of £55 million as the club wants a fee in the region of £60 million.
However, sources online believe that Manchester United have submitted an improved offer for the 25-year-old winger.
The latest offer is believed to be more than £60 million, which is closer to Brentford’s valuation of the player.
Bryan Mbuemo had a brilliant performance for Brentford last season as he finished the season with 20 Premier League goals.
The 25-year-old is keen on the move to Old Trafford as he has already accepted personal terms with Manchester United pending the acceptance of the new bid.
Tottenham are reportedly interested in signing the winger in a bid to reunite him with his former boss, Thomas Frank, at the club.
However, Bryan Mbuemo prefers to join the Red Devils over the reigning Europa League champions and a chance to play in the Champions League.
