The Super Eagles camp in Uyo is gradually swelling with the arrivals of the invited players for the crucial 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Rwanda and South Africa.
Fulham duo: Alex Iwobi and Calvin Bassey arrived in Uyo on Tuesday morning alongside Nottingham Forest defender Ola Aina.
Paris FC forward, Moses Simon, Brentford duo: Frank Onyeka and Benjamin Fredrick, and Nantes defender, Chidozie Awaziem, also joined their colleagues.
Super Eagles captain, William Troost-Ekong, Tanzania-based goalkeeper, Amas Obasogie, and Olympiacos defender, Bruno Awaziem, had earlier arrived on Monday morning.
The total number of players in camp is 10 as of the time of filing this report, with others, including Samuel Chukwueze, Tolu Arokodare, and Chrisantus Uche, expected to arrive later today after sealing moves to the English Premier League on deadline day.
Victor Osimhen, Ademola Lookman, Raphael Onyedika, and first-choice Stanley Nwabali are also expected to arrive camp later today as preparations commence.
The Super Eagles will take on Rwanda on Saturday in Uyo and South Africa three days later in Bloemfontein as they hope to brighten their chances of qualifying for the World Cup.
