Adesanya Slumps to 4th Straight Defeat as Pyfer Secures Statement Win in Seattle

Israel Adesanya suffered the worst run of his career on Saturday night, falling to Joe Pyfer via second-round TKO in the main event of a UFC Fight Night Seattle bout.

Early in the second round, Pyfer flipped the fight with a heavy right hand that stunned Adesanya and forced him backward to the fence. Referee Herb Dean stepped in at 4:18 of Round 2, bringing an emphatic end to the contest.
