PREMIER LEAGUE : MANCHESTER CITY VS CRYSTAL PALACE

Patrick Viera’s men shocked Manchester City at the Ethihad 2:0 in a game where Laporte was red carded. Wilfred Zaha was the hero that afternoon scoring few minutes into the game and also forcing Laporte to get a red card after the french man fouled him from a goal scoring opportunity. The goal against City was Zaha’s 50th goal for Palace in the EPL and his third this season.

LIVERPOOL VS BRIGHTON & HOVE ALBION

Sadio Mane scored for Liverpool in their draw against Brighton. The Senegalese striker has now scored six goals in the EPL, four behind his teammate Salah who is leading the scorer’s chart with ten goals.

BURNLEY VS BRENTFORD

Maxwell Cornet scored his fourth goal of the season for Burnley and the third of the afternoon for his side comfortable win over Premier League newcomers Brentford. The Ivorian is in fine form in his first season in the EPL.

BELGIAN FIRST DIVISION A : ZULTE WAREGEM VS GENK

Super Eagles lanky striker Paul Onuachu scored his 10th goal of the season to end his six game goal drought. He scored in the second half to give his team a 3:0 lead away from home. The former Midtjylland striker has now scored 10 goals in 12 games.

SERIE A : UDINESE VS HELLAS VERONA

Former Watford striker scored his first goal for his new club Udinese in mid-week and his first after returning to Serie A. The home side played a 1:1 draw after they went ahead first and couldn’t hold on to the lead. Success has been a starter since he moved to his former side and would be hoping to add to his goal tally.
