Bologna send Roma packing in pulsating Europa League tie
Roma and Bologna treated fans to a thriller at the Stadio Olimpico in arguably the match of the round of 16.
The two Italian sides face off for a place in the last eight after a 1-1 draw in the first leg of the round of sixteen.
Despite equalising three times in the intriguing tie, AS Roma couldn’t get the needed result as Bologna secured a 4-3 win in extra time.
