Bayern Munich held on for a narrow 3-2 victory over Augsburg in a thrilling Bavarian derby.
The German champions, who had cruised to a 6-0 win in their season opener, raced to a three-goal lead but nearly let it slip as Augsburg mounted a determined comeback in the second half.
Harry Kane failed to score but registered two assists, and despite some nervous moments, Bayern ultimately secured the three points.
Meanwhile, Bayer Leverkusen were denied their first win of the season in dramatic fashion, as they blew a two-goal lead and drew 3-3 with Werder Bremen.

Leverkusen, who also had a one-man advantage after a Bremen red card, conceded a late equalizer in stoppage time, leaving new coach Erik ten Hag still searching for a league win.
In other Bundesliga results, RB Leipzig secured a 2-0 win over Heidenheim, Frankfurt defeated Hoffenheim 3-1, while Stuttgart edged past Borussia Mönchengladbach 1-0.
