Mattheus Cunha is set to be Manchester United’s first summer signing as Wolverhampton Wanderers and Manchester United sort out the final details of the move.
The Brazilian midfielder has been linked to the Red Devils since April as Ruben Amorim looks to recruit players that suit his 3-4-3 system.
Fabrizio Romano says Matheus Cunha has already agreed on personal terms with Manchester United, and he is interested in Amorim’s project at the club.
According to Romano. Manchester United will meet Wolves’ £62.5m release clause in Cunha’s contract, which will be paid in installments.
