Super Falcons first choice goalkeeper, Chiamaka Nnadozie has signed for English Women Super League side, Brighton and Hoves Albion.
Nnadozie joins Brighton and Hoves Albion after a five-year stint at Paris FC where she led them to the Coupe De France title last season.
The 24-year-old goalkeeper will officially join Brighton on July 1 when hwr contract expires with Paris FC.
Brighton and Hoves Albion announced the signing of Nnadozie on its various social media pages on Friday.
Dario Vidosic, Brighton’s coach said the club is excited to have her as she will help the team with hwr consistency, confidence and command of the backline.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Chiamaka to the club. She’s a talented and commanding goalkeeper who will bring consistency and confidence to our defensive line.
“She has competed at the highest level, with valuable experience in a variety of cup competitions including the Champions League. We’re confident she’ll add both depth and drive to a squad already full of ambition as we continue to build for next season.”
Chiamaka Nnadozie in her first media chat, says she wants to help the club achieve great things during her stay in the South coast of England.
The Super Eagles goalkeeper will look to help Brighton and Hoves Albion finish higher than the fifth spot at the end of the season.
