Federico Gatti will probably have a hard time sleeping tonight after sending AC Milan into the Super Copa final.
Gatti’s unfortunate own goal on the 76th minute denied Juventus the opportunity to defend their title against Inter Milan.
Juventus were clearly in control of the game before and after taking the lead via Kenan Yildiz.
The Turkish striker pounced on a ball in the penalty area and buried a sublime strike into the top corner to give Juventus the lead.
The Old Lady pressed for the goal in the second half. Unfortunately, AC Milan found their way back from the penalty spot.
Ironically, Federico Gatti kicked out his side Juventus and sent AC Milan into the Super Copa Copa final on Monday.
Super Eagles forward Samuel Chukwueze was not on the pitch as Sergio Conçeiçaä won his first game on the sidelines.
AC Milan will take on Inter Milan for another installment of the Derby della Maddonina.
