Borussia Dortmund star Karim Adeyemi is in Nigeria as the Bundesliga is on the break.
Adeyemi, a German international, was born to parents of Nigerian descent and associates with his roots.

Adeyemi was spotted in Ibadan, Oyo state South West Nigeria for his holiday celebration.
The 22-year-old was in Ibadan for the U-15 Adeyemi Football Championship finals.
The event is an initiative of the Karim Adeyemi Foundation and was hosted by Adeyemi FC.
While in Ibadan, he also had a Courtesy visit to the Olubadan’s Palace with his entourage.
As part of the Karim Adeyemi Foundation’s yearly tour, Adeyemi will be in Nigeria from December 23 to 27, 2024.
The visit this year, with the theme “Karim in Naija – A Legacy in Action,” would integrate community empowerment, sports, and humanitarian endeavors in Ibadan.
Additionally, he will commission important community projects, such as water sanitation and hygiene programs, in four Ibadan areas.
His adaptability and dedication to sports are demonstrated in an exhibition tennis match with players under the age of fifteen.
