Real Madrid have reportedly entered the race for Super Eagles and Atalanta forward Ademola Lookman.
Real Madrid, who were beaten 2-0 by Liverpool in Wednesday’s UEFA Champions League clash, are reportedly looking for attacking reinforcements amid constant speculation linking Rodrygo with a move away.
Lookman has been in exceptional form since joining Atalanta in 2022, scoring 42 goals and providing 25 assists in 92 appearances.
The 25-year-old winger was close to joining Paris Saint-Germain in August but ultimately remained with Atalanta.
His impressive performances, including a hat-trick in the UEFA Europa League final, have attracted attention from top European clubs.
According to reports, Real Madrid are aiming to bolster their attack with Lookman, potentially forming a dynamic trio alongside Kylian Mbappe and Vinicius Junior.
The move may also be influenced by uncertainty surrounding Rodrygo’s future, as he struggles to find his place in the team following Mbappe’s arrival.
