Manchester United manager Ruben Amorim has suggested that he will continue to leave Marcus Rashford out of the team for the foreseeable future.
Amorim is adamant that the England international is still not showing enough to warrant a return to the squad.
He spoke after Man United’s Premier League 2-0 defeat to Wolves on Boxing Day.
Amorim left Rashford out again from Man United’s defeat against Wolves at Molineux, meaning the 27-year-old forward has now been left out of the club’s last four games in all competitions.
When asked if Rashford could help Man United after their defeat to Wolves, Amorim told Amazon Prime: “It’s always the same reason it’s going to be.
“We have to be the same professionals, I have to be the same guy winning or losing.
“Losing, I have to be stronger so I will continue with my idea until the end. If he is not here you can make up your mind.”
