The battle for Benjamin Šeško is now officially on after Manchester United and Newcastle United sent in their official bids for the Slovenian striker.
Benjamin Šeško has been linked with a move to the Premier League this summer, and Manchester United and Newcastle are the main contenders to sign the player.
Reports suggest the 22-year-old striker has been impressed with the proposals of both clubs and is set to decide on which club to join.
According to football transfers expert Fabrizio Romano, Manchester United sent a bid of €85 million, including add-ons, to RB Leipzig.
This comes less than 48 hours after Newcastle United submitted a €90 million package for Šeško in a bid to convince him to join the Toon Army over the Red Devils.
With both bids submitted, Benjamin Šeško is now set to decide his future in the coming days as he looks to take up a new challenge in the English Premier League.
The 22-year-old striker scored 13 goals in 33 Bundesliga matches last season as RB Leipzig missed out on European football qualification.
