Sevilla football club have completed the signing of Nigerian striker Akoh Adams from French Ligue 1 club Montpellier.
The 24-year-old striker joins Sevilla on a four-year deal for £5.5m
Los Rojiblancos unveiled Adams in a social media post with the caption, “From Benue State to Sevilla” and a picture of him holding his jersey.
Akoh Adams will wear jersey number 15 as he begins a new chapter in Spain.
The Nigerian forward joins Kelechi Iheanacho and Chidera Ejuke who recently returned from injury at the club.
Akoh Adams had quite an impressive two-year stint with Montpellier where he scored 10 goals and provided two assists in 33 matches in his debut season.
Adams arrives Sevilla with three goals and three assists in 15 matches for Montpellier this season.
