Super Eagles of Nigeria hopeful Tom Dele-Bashiru was the hero for Watford in the Championship.
The Nigerian scored the winning goal as Watford recorded a 2-1 win against Sunderland 2-1 at Vicarage Road, in a Championship clash.
Feisty Ebosele scored the only goal of the first half in the 28th minute to give the home team the lead.
However, Sunderland’s Wilson Isidor equalized four minutes before halftime.
Seven minutes from time, substitute Kwadwo Baah was brought down and Dele-Bashiru scored the spot kick to give the Hornets the victory.
So far this season, the 25-year-old Dele Bashiru has netted two goals for Tom Cleverly’s team.
