Super Eagles and Fenerbahce star Bright Osayi-Samuel has categorically dismissed claims that he has agreed to join Galatasaray on a free transfer at the end of the season.
The Nigerian international, who has been a key player for Fenerbahce since 2021, insisted that no such agreement exists.
With his contract set to expire in six months, Osayi-Samuel is allowed to negotiate with other clubs from January, sparking speculation about his future.
However, the 27-year-old remains focused on his current club and is open to extending his stay at Fenerbahce if contract negotiations progress favorably.
Addressing the rumors, Osayi-Samuel was unequivocal.
“There is no such situation. I want to stay at Fenerbahce.”
Reports last week suggested Nigerian superstar Victor Osimhen was working on bringing his compatriot to Galatasaray, but those claims have now been refuted.
