Southampton striker Paul Onuachu is reportedly attracting interest from Turkish Super Lig giants Besiktas.
The Nigerian international has struggled to establish himself at Southampton this season, playing a peripheral role, and is expected to depart the South Coast club in January.
According to The Star, Besiktas are keen to offer Onuachu a three-year contract, leveraging his existing familiarity with Turkish football.
Onuachu back to Turkey?
Onuachu spent last season on loan at Trabzonspor, where he impressed with 17 goals in a single campaign.
Southampton have failed to properly utilise his excellent aerial and poaching skills as they remain rooted to the bottom of the Premier League.
Onuachu could bring a different dimension to Besiktas attack, helping the Super Lig side challenge the likes of Galatasaray and Fenerbahce.
