Aston Villa manager Unai Emery says the club will consider some circumstances before signing Marcus Rashford from Manchester United on a permanent deal.
The Spanish manager admitted that it is difficult to make a decision now, but talks on whether or not to pay the £40m price tag on Rashford will commence in the weeks ahead.
Emery made these comments while speaking to the media after Rashford’s impressive performance as Aston Villa crashed out of the Champions League despite beating PSG 3-2 at Villa Park. Unai Emery went on to praise the England International for his impressive outing against the French champions
“It is difficult to plan it now. It depends on the circumstances and what happens in the next weeks”. “He’s feeling comfortable and better. He played a fantastic match vs PSG. We are very happy”.
Marcus Rashford’s loan deal expires at the end of the season, and the Manchester United academy graduate is expected to return to the club before a decision is made on his future.
Since joining Aston Villa in January, Rashford has scored three goals, provided five assists in 15 matches across all competitions.
