Nigerian forward Victor Olatunji made history with a goal for Sparta Prague as they started their 2024 Champions League campaign with a 3-0 win against Salzburg.

On Wednesday, September 18, 2024, Sparta Prague defeated Austrian club RB Salzburg 3-0 in their UEFA Champions League match.

Finland’s Kaan Kairinen, recovered a loose ball to give Sparta their fastest start, scoring after just 108 seconds of play.

With a precise and low shot from a close range in the 42nd minute, Nigerian striker Victor Olatunji doubled the score.

Albanian midfielder Qazim Laçi added a third goal in the 58th minute to seal the victory.
