Umar Sadiq registered his first goal for Valencia on Tuesday night in a Copa Del Rey fixture away at Spanish third division side Ourense.
Sadiq made the starting XI after he came off the bench on his debut against Eidense in the round of sixteen.
The 27-year-old striker doubled Valencia’s lead with than fifteen minutes to go after Francisco Carmona’s own goal gave the visitors the opener.
Sadiq beat two defenders with sleek move on the box before burying a right-footed striker into the roof of the net.
The goal sealed victory for Valencia as they progress to the quarter-finals of the competition.
Umar Sadiq is a six-month loan move at the club from Real Sociedad.
