In Ikenne, league leaders Remo Stars showcased resilience by overturning a two-goal deficit to secure a 3–2 victory over Abia Warriors. At the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium in Uyo, Akwa United were held to a 1–1 draw by Lobi Stars. Onyekachi Okafor gave Lobi Stars the lead in the 27th minute, but Friday Apollos equalized for the home team 18 minutes from time as both teams settled for a point apiece.
Bayelsa United secured a commanding 4–1 victory over Sunshine Stars at the Samson Siasia Stadium in Yenagoa. Ogba Ifeanyi scored twice, with Auwal Sadiq and Nneyi Ofem adding to the tally for the hosts. Waheed Adebayo netted the consolation goal for Sunshine Stars.
