Kelechi Iheanacho made his first appearance for Middlesbrough on Wednesday night after his loan move from Sevilla in the January transfer window.
Michael Carrick included the former Leicester City forward in the starting line-up in Boro’s trip to Sheffield United.
Iheanacho featured for over 70 minutes before he was replaced by Tommy Conway in the second half.
Unfortunately, he didn’t mark his debut with a win as Sheffield United recorded a 3-1 win at Bramall Lane.
