Super Eagles coach Eric Chelle has named his 23-man squad for this month FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Rwanda and Zimbabwe.
Chelle invited two home-based goalkeepeer, Remo Stars Kayode Bankole and Niger Tornadoes winger Papa Daniel Mustapha also made the squad after an impressive outing with the CHAN Eagles.
Notable players snubbed includes erstwhile Super Eagles captain Ahmed Musa, Middlesbrough loaner Kelechi Iheanacho Rangers’ striker Cyriel Dessers and Lazio’s midfielder Fisayo Dele-Bashiru.

The Super Eagles will play Rwanda in Kigali on 21 March and Zimbabwe four days later at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium, Uyo.
Having amassed just three points from its opening four matches, the Super Eagles are condemned to win box matches to keep the hope of qualifying for the World Cup alive.
