Leganés picked up a valuable 1–0 win away to Las Palmas, boosting their chances of avoiding relegation.

Getafe claimed an important 2–1 win at Mallorca, with Mauro Arambarri and Carlos Uche scoring the goals that eased their relegation concerns.
