Football My Escape is a testament to how adversity can build strength, character, and purpose. It traces the path from modest beginnings to global stages, revealing how persistence and focus can turn limitations into stepping stones. The book teaches valuable lessons about balancing education and sports, adapting to new cultures, and succeeding in competitive environments. It also emphasizes the importance of purpose beyond personal achievement-using one’s platform to uplift others. Through the work of the Uchenna Kanu Foundation, the book shows how sport and education can become powerful tools for empowerment and change.
