Inter Lagos finished top of their subdivision with 29 points with a match to spare sealing a historic promotion to the NPFL.
Smart City needed an outright win to stand a chance of clinching the ticket ahead of the hosts.

However, Inter Lagos stood their ground as they picked the vital point that ensured their promotion into the league next season.
Doma United also made their return to the NPFL as they finished top of their subdivision – Group C with 26 points.
