Liverpool came from a goal down to defeat Bournemouth 3-1in an all attacking game. Mohammed Salah scored on a rebound after missing his spot kick which was parried into his path by the goalkeeper and that put his side ahead after Diaz equalized. This is his first goal in two matches this season.
FROSINONE VS NAPOLI
The Italian champions began the new season on a winning note away from home and last season’s top scorer Victor Osimhen scored a brace to give his side all three points. He now has two goals for the new campaign and will be looking to surpass his goal tally for last season where he scored 26 goals.
NOTTINHAM FOREST VS SHEFFIELD UNITED
Forest got their first three points of the season at home as they defeated Sheffield United 2-1. Nigeria’s bulky striker Taiwo Awoniyi scored the first goal of the game as he headed home the lead from a cross. Awoniyi has now scored two goals in two games for his side this season.
