The Black Galaxies of Ghana arrived at the Victor Attah International Airport on Friday afternoon.
The 36-man contingent initially touched down at the Port Harcourt international Airport before connecting to Uyo shortly after.
The Black Galaxies will hold their only training session for the match later this evening at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium.
On the flipside, the CHAN Eagles are expected to train at the same venue afterwards for their final preparation for the heavyweight encounter.
The two West African nations will rekindle their rivalry on the pitch as they battle to get the ticket to the 2025 African Nations Championship next year.
Both teams will start on a clean slate after the first leg ended goalless on Sunday at the Accra Sports Stadium.
The winner of the tie after 90 minutes or penalties will secure qualification for the 8th edition of the competition which will be hosted between February 1 and 28, 2025 in Tanzania, Uganda and Kenya.
Kick-off is slated for 5 p.m
In a related development, CAF appointed Moroccan officials for the match.
