After weeks of contract talks, Brazilian winger Raphinha has signed a contract extension with reigning La Liga champions Barcelona.
Barcelona announced Raphinha’s contract extension via its various social media pages on Thursday evening.
Raphinha committed his future to the Catalan club for the next three years after a remarkable individual performance this season.

The former Leeds United winger helped Barcelona win its 28th La Liga title, 32nd Copa Del Rey, and a semi-final finish in the UEFA Champions League.
Raphinha played a significant role as Barcelona displayed total dominance over Real Madrid beating Carlo Ancelotti’s men to the Copa Del Rey and La Liga titles.
Raphinha scored 34 goals and provided 25 assists in all competitions while also being the most-used player by the German coach Hansi Flick.
The Brazilian winger is in contention for this year’s Ballon D’or after a brilliant performance for Barcelona.
