Westham United have relieved Graham Potter of his duties as head coach of its men’s first team.

The London club confirmed the dscak of the English manager in a statement on its official website on Saturday morning.

According to the statement, the sack comes after a poor run of results from the second half of the season and the start of the new season.

“Results and performances over the course of the second half of last season and the start of the 2025/26 season have not matched expectations, and the Board of Directors believe that a change is necessary in order to help improve the team’s position in the Premier League as soon as possible.”

The club also confirmed that Graham Potter’s assistants have also left the club.
