The Super Eagles defender is yet to play for the former Greek champions since he joined the club from Boavista during the Winter transfer window
Olympiakos defeated rivals Panatthinaikos 2-1 on aggregate to qualify for the semi-finals.
The first leg ended one-all while Christos Mouzakitis’s 94th minute goal made the difference in the second leg.
Moroccan striker Ayoub El Kaabi missed a 92nd minute penalty to put the host ahead as his strike came off the left post.
However, Mouzakitis scored a sublime strike from the edge of the box two minutes later to give Olympiakos the winner.
Olympiacos will take on AEK Athens in the semi-finals and will hope to have Bruno Onyemaechi in the squad.
